Before publishing

Required foundation

Refresh strategy

Use the lightest tool that solves the problem

Automatic refresh	Normal daily operation.	No manual action.
`/install refresh`	Visible panels need to redraw.	Skips heavy character scans.
System refresh command	Registration, GuildBank or Support panel specifically needs repositioning.	Targeted Discord work.
