Record and review every GuildBank movement.

This guide shows how members request deposits, authorized staff create withdrawals, small contributions accumulate and Treasurers approve or deny entries before they affect the confirmed balance or Loyalty.

The deposit minimum is the smallest record Luminox accepts. The review minimum is the accumulated account total that becomes eligible for staff confirmation.

The final message stays close to new activity

  • Deposit starts a guided user/character/amount/source/note flow.
  • Withdraw is restricted to authorized staff.
  • Confirm pending entry opens staff review.
  • Clean lets administrators erase an erroneous ledger record and reverse its linked Loyalty effect.
  • Confirmed historical embeds remain above; the control panel is kept at the bottom.

Deposits and accumulation

Small amounts are not lost

Deposits and eligible Loot Split shares are recorded per registered Discord account. Amounts below the review threshold accumulate until that account reaches the configured review minimum. The user does not need to submit one million gp in a single operation unless the server configures that as its deposit minimum.

Registered accounts only

GuildBank contribution history and Loyalty rewards require a registered eligible account. The panel uses Discord selectors instead of free-text user IDs.

Staff review

Administrator or Moderator + Treasurer

Pending

Entry waits in the account accumulation and control selector.

Approve

Reviewer confirms the in-game movement and creates a green historical log.

Deny

Select Not found, Does not match or Other with a written explanation.

Expire

Unreviewed entries become expired after the configured three-month review window.

An administrator can review without the Treasurer role. A moderator needs both a global moderator role and the configured Treasurer role.

Loyalty connection

One point per 1,000 confirmed gp

Loyalty is credited to the declared target account, not automatically to the staff member executing the command. Denied, expired or erased records do not retain their linked reward. Withdrawals can subtract according to the recorded movement rules.

Historical embeds

Compact but attributable

Each reviewed entry shows direction and amount in the colored title, User, Confirmer, Source, Created by, Note, Loyalty Points, Record ID and Date. Deposits use green, withdrawals red, denied/expired outcomes yellow and the final control panel blue.

Sustainable storage

Keep the balance without unlimited detail

  • Pending entries have three months to be reviewed.
  • Detailed reviewed transfers are kept for twelve months before being reduced to the information needed for totals and safety.
  • Expired and reviewed outcomes remain visible in historical Discord logs.
  • Confirmed totals remain available without keeping every old internal detail forever.
