Documentation · Watchlists

See guild members and tracked enemies currently online.

This guide explains Members Online, Enemies Online, channel counters, session time, guild power and how both panels reuse recent data instead of repeating the same scan.

Panel setup

Configure each automatic list separately

/watchlist set type:Members Online channel:#members/watchlist set type:Enemies Online channel:#enemies

Use /watchlist overview to inspect current destinations. Manual enemy CRUD is intentionally absent: the Enemies Online source of truth is the Blacklist panel.

Members Online

Current activity at a glance

  • Channel title shows the current online count.
  • Panel title shows online/total members and current online power.
  • Each line includes level, vocation, character, online duration, session levels, session deaths and rolling daily values when available.
  • Session data disappears when it has no value instead of adding empty labels.
  • The complete Guild List remains a separate rank-grouped panel.
Example

346 EK · Mardziulki · 6h 23m · +6 session levels · +8 daily levels.

Enemies Online

Only current-world threats

Characters come directly from the Blacklist. Transferred characters remain preserved in Blacklist: Out of this world but do not appear online in the configured world.

  • Characters are ordered by Tibia Coin bounty, then alphabetically when tied.
  • Blacklisted guild summaries show online characters, total members, online power and reason.
  • The channel counter counts followed characters only, not guild members.
  • Names and statuses such as changed, traded or transferred stay synchronized with Tracker.

Power notation

Character count plus summed levels

Guild Blacklist[C30 P18780] means 30 total characters and 18,780 total levels.
Enemies Online[C3 P2891] means three online characters and 2,891 online levels.
Members OnlinePower is the sum of levels currently online in the configured guild.

The calculation reuses already fetched member and online data.

Identity

Consistent links and Loyalty notation

Registered guild members use the compact [RP360 L6] style. Non-members and hostile lists do not display a Loyalty Level because they do not participate in that guild's Loyalty system.

Refresh

Plan-aware updates without duplicate scans

Watchlists are available from Community Core. Core uses a ten-minute eligible external policy and three-minute cached panels; Growth uses five minutes and two minutes; Scale uses two minutes and one minute; Founder uses one-minute policies. Every list reuses the latest compatible online check instead of performing another Tibia scan for each panel.
