Edition support
Blacklist is exclusive to Community Edition
The system relies on Tibia worlds, characters, guilds and identity history. Universal communities should use the separate Ban List for Discord-user sanctions.
Panel setup
Publish Blacklist in its own channel
/blacklist set channel:#blacklist
The setup command publishes or refreshes the persistent panel. Daily record management then happens through its staff-only buttons.
/blacklist set/blacklist overview/tracker set/watchlist set/guild chat channel:#guildchatAdd records
Characters and guilds use separate guided forms
- Choose Add character or Add guild. The panel opens the correct private modal.
- Enter the exact Tibia name. Exact spelling keeps later Tracker and online matching reliable.
- Assign Tibia Coins. Use zero when the record has no bounty.
- Write the reason. The public panel keeps the decision understandable.
- Review the refresh. The new record enters the correct active or historical section.
Do not maintain a second enemy list manually. Enemies Online and Guards read from these reviewed Blacklist records.
Panel organization
Active intelligence stays separate from history
| Section | What belongs there | Live effect |
|---|---|---|
| On this world | Characters and guilds relevant to the configured Tibia world. | Eligible for current-world intelligence such as Enemies Online. |
| Out of this world | Transferred characters preserved with destination context. | Excluded from the active enemy list until they return. |
| Resolved / deleted | Deleted characters, disbanded guilds or records closed through a supported resolution. | Historical only; no active enemy presence. |
Edit or resolve
Update the existing record from selectors
- Open the Blacklist manager from the panel.
- Select Characters or Guilds.
- Select the exact entry; long lists expose Previous and Next pages.
- Edit the reason, edit the Tibia Coin amount, remove the record or mark its bounty paid.
Bounty paid resolves the active Blacklist decision through an explicit staff action. It does not silently delete the historical moderation context.
Connected systems
Every integration reuses the same reviewed identity
Enemies Online
Displays current-world blacklisted characters and blacklisted-guild online totals with Power and bounty context.
Identity Tracker
Detects supported renames, trades, transfers, returns, deletions and guild disbands.
Guards
Only eligible blacklisted targets can become enemy or battle reports; zero-TC targets cannot start a battle report.
Recruitment
Potential-recruit results exclude characters already present in Blacklist or Ban List.
Permissions and audit
Only authorized staff change the source record
Users without the required access receive a private explanation and cannot alter the public panel.
