Documentation · Moderation

Protect channels and keep sanctions connected.

This guide covers Automod, Blacklist and Ban List. It explains how channel rules, Tibia identities, staff actions, Tracker updates and Enemies Online continue to reference the same moderation record.

Channels

Separate public records from internal audit

Blacklist panel/blacklist set channel:#blacklist · inspect it later with /blacklist overview.
Ban List panel/banlist set channel:#banlist · inspect it later with /banlist overview.
Moderation log/moderation set channel:#log
Identity Tracker/tracker set channel:#tracker
Important Guild Chat/guild chat channel:#guildchat

Blacklist

Characters and guilds with reasons and TC bounty

After setup, administration happens through panel buttons instead of add/edit/delete slash commands.

  • Add a character or guild with exact name, reason and Tibia Coin bounty.
  • Edit an existing entry from a selector instead of retyping its name.
  • Delete records through the management panel.
  • Characters automatically appear in Enemies Online while they remain in the configured world.
  • Guilds are ordered by bounty and expose member count and power.

The panel is divided into deleted/disbanded history, characters outside the world and active entities on the configured world.

Ban List

Account-linked sanctions with duration and executor

  • Bans can be unlimited or expire at a selected date.
  • The executor is captured automatically from the staff member using the panel.
  • Character vocation and level are resolved when available.
  • Entries are alphabetical and editable from panel selectors.
  • All characters linked to a registered sanctioned account are considered during restriction reconciliation.

Channel protection

Automod removes evasive links and forbidden trading language

Automod is configured per channel. It protects selected conversations without changing Discord permissions elsewhere, detects disguised links, applies a configurable isolation period and lets staff maintain additional blocked words.

Enable protection/automod enable channel:#general
Inspect a channel/automod overview channel:#general
Add or remove language/automod add-word and /automod remove-word
Set the isolation period/automod isolation
Disable protection/automod disable channel:#general
Permission-aware enforcement

Messages from users who are allowed to post links are not treated like restricted member messages. Always test the rule with a normal member account after enabling it.

Account restrictions

Registration remains; guild access is removed

A restricted account keeps its verified character records, but Luminox removes managed guild roles, blocks Loyalty eligibility and resets the Loyalty balance. Registration attempts explain whether the account is affected by Blacklist or Ban List.

Linked-account scope

Restrictions are evaluated across all registered characters on the Discord account, preventing a sanctioned user from bypassing controls through an alternate character.

Audit trail

Every panel action identifies the actor

The moderation log records added, edited and removed entries with target, responsible account, details and timestamp. Tracker logs identity changes separately. Important defeat and return outcomes can be published to Guild Chat.

Historical messages remain in Discord; only the live summary panels are edited and refreshed.

Permissions

Administrators and configured moderators

Channel setup commands require Administrator. Panel management accepts administrators and the moderator roles configured through /moderators roles add. Users without permission receive a private explanatory response.
