Record, review and reward genuine recruitment.

This guide explains how a recruiter reports a new guild character before Discord registration, how competing claims are resolved and when Loyalty is granted, protected or partially reversed.

Setup

Publish the panel and select the specialist role

/recruitment set channel:#recruitment role:@Recruitment

Administrators can always review. Moderators need both a configured global moderator role and the additional recruitment role.

Member flow

Report the guild arrival within thirty days

  1. Click Report recruitment.
  2. Select a character that joined the configured guild during the last thirty days. The character may already be registered or may still be waiting for its Discord owner.
  3. Choose whether the member submitted a website application because of you or was directly invited and accepted by you.
  4. Confirm the declaration and submit it. If registration is still missing, the record waits without imposing a later registration deadline.
Anti-alter protection

The reward only qualifies when that character becomes the first eligible registration of a new Discord account. Existing alters, recycled registrations, transferred accounts and duplicate claims do not qualify.

Staff review

Every state has a clear purpose

Awaiting registration

The timely report is preserved until the character is linked to an eligible verified Discord account.

Pending review

Specialist staff checks the recruiter, first-account identity audit and current guild membership.

Provisionally approved

Points are granted and the three-day ownership dispute window opens.

Historical log

After the dispute window closes, the live panel entry becomes a fixed Discord record.

A disputed claim leaves the normal approval path until authorized staff records which recruiter owns it. A rejected or cancelled report is also recorded without awarding Loyalty.

Exponential rewards

Recent successful recruitment increases the next reward

  • Base reward starts at 5,000 Loyalty Points.
  • Recent approved recruitments increase the multiplier exponentially.
  • Previous recruitment influence decays continuously with a 90-day half-life.
  • One recruitment reward is capped at 1,000,000 Loyalty Points.
  • The applied multiplier and awarded total are written to public and private Loyalty history.

Twelve-month protection

Points become protected gradually

The recruit must remain in the configured guild for twelve months. If the member leaves early, only the unprotected proportional part is reversed. Each recruitment has its own independent retention timeline.

Leaves immediatelyAlmost the entire reward remains at risk.
Leaves after six monthsApproximately half of that recruitment reward is protected.
Leaves after twelve monthsThe reward is fully protected and no longer reversed.

Disputes

Any eligible member can challenge ownership

Claims can be disputed while pending or during the three-day approved claim period. The challenger selects the recruitment, provides the date and a short explanation. Recruitment reviewers or administrators record the final verdict in the log.
