Panel setup
Channel and specialist role are required
/guildhall set channel:#guildhall staff-role:@Guildhall StaffRun /moderators roles add first so at least one global Moderator role exists. The setup command publishes the live panel in the selected text channel and stores the additional specialist role used for Guildhall administration.
Luminox needs View Channel, Send Messages, Embed Links, Read Message History and Manage Messages. Members only need access to view and use the panel components.
Access model
Registered members, specialist moderators and administrators
| Action | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Report a guildhall for sale | At least one registered character and a valid selected main. |
| Claim a room | A registered main or alter that currently belongs to the configured guild and world. |
| Manage status, rooms and reviews | Discord Administrator, or any global Moderator role plus the configured Guildhall specialist role. |
| Configure the panel | Discord Administrator. |
Administrative actions are also tied to the staff member's registered main character so permanent logs retain a consistent in-game identity.
Community reports
Any registered account can report a possible sale
- Click Report guildhall.
- Enter the guildhall name or location.
- Describe the listing, seller, price or other useful evidence.
- Luminox creates a pending review and a permanent submitted-report embed.
- Authorized staff confirms or rejects the report with a recorded decision.
The reporter is always represented by the account's current registered main character. A five-minute cooldown and a limit of three pending reports per account prevent repeated submissions from filling the review list.
Current property
Name and room capacity are declared together
Until staff explicitly configures a guildhall, the panel displays Not available. Authorized staff sets or renames the current guildhall and declares from 0 to 100 rooms offered to members in the same modal.
Capacity can be increased later, but cannot be reduced below the number of room records already configured. Marking the guildhall unavailable cancels pending room claims while preserving its capacity and room definitions for a later return.
Room directory
Configure every room up to the declared capacity
Each room stores a required name, description, size in sqm and priority position. Position 1 is the best room. The public panel distinguishes declared capacity, configured rooms, currently available rooms and occupied rooms.
- Add rooms until the declared capacity, with an absolute system limit of 100.
- Browse management and claim selectors in safe pages of 25 rooms.
- Edit name, description, sqm or priority and reorder the complete directory deterministically.
- Assign or change an occupant by selecting a Discord account and one of its eligible registered guild characters.
- Evict an occupant without deleting the room.
- Remove a room after explicit confirmation; pending claims for that room are cancelled and the capacity slot becomes available for a replacement room.
Member claims
Main and alter characters are selectable
- Click Claim room.
- Select one currently available room.
- Select an eligible registered guild character; the main is listed first and alters remain available.
- The request enters the staff review queue.
- Staff approves the assignment or denies it with a mandatory reason.
A character cannot occupy two rooms or maintain multiple pending claims. Approval rechecks that the character is still registered in the configured guild and world, preventing stale requests from being accepted.
Permanent Discord audit
Every meaningful change becomes a fixed embed
Reports, confirmations, rejections, Guildhall availability changes, room creation, edits, removal, claims, assignments and evictions are posted as immutable messages above the live panel. Each log identifies the acting character, affected record and Discord timestamp.
Large directories are divided into the exact number of safe Discord messages. Luminox keeps the controls on the final page and repositions all live panel pages after a new log. Historical logs are never rewritten into one database-heavy feed.
Maintenance
Light refreshes and automatic cleanup
/guildhall overview/guildhall refresh/guildhall overview shows the private configuration, room totals and pending lists. /guildhall refresh redraws the live panel, and /install refresh includes Guildhall with other lightweight panels.
- Active rooms and occupants remain until staff changes them.
- Pending requests remain until reviewed.
- Completed request details are kept for 30 days with a maximum count, while the readable history remains in Discord.
- The module reads the existing character registry and guild configuration; it makes no additional Tibia requests.
