Pricing · Questions

Choose Premium without guesswork.

Clear answers for guild owners comparing editions, plans, limits and Discord billing for the first time.

Three decisions

Understand the product before the price.

Luminox separates the type of guild it understands from the amount of capacity the server needs. That keeps the buying decision simple.

01
Choose an edition

Universal supports any gaming community. Community adds Tibia-specific systems.

02
Choose a plan

Start with Free, then select Core, Growth or Scale only when the guild needs more.

03
Control it in Discord

Purchase, manage and cancel the Premium App subscription through Discord.

01

Choosing Luminox

Start with what your guild actually needs.

Understand editions, public plans and the private Founder exception before comparing prices.

Can we use Luminox for free?

Yes. Free is a working plan, not a temporary demo. Your guild can install Luminox, configure the included functions and test them in its real Discord server before paying for higher limits, faster supported updates or additional Premium functions.

What is the difference between Universal and Community Edition?

Universal is game-independent and focuses on Discord community operations. Community is designed for Tibia guilds and adds verified characters, worlds, guild ranks, progression, watchlists and other Tibia-aware systems. The edition defines what Luminox understands; the plan defines available capacity.

Which Premium plan should we choose?

Choose the smallest plan that removes a real limitation today. Core is the first Premium step, Growth suits active guilds using several functions and Scale is for established communities that rely on Luminox every day.

Why are Community plans priced differently?

Community includes Tibia-specific character verification, progression, economy, online lists and guild systems that Universal does not need. The page always shows the selected edition and its exact prices before subscription.

Is Founder another Premium tier?

No. Founder is Lumina's private, unrestricted edition and cannot be purchased. It is available only inside Lumina to eligible accepted guild members. Public guilds choose Universal or Community with Free, Core, Growth or Scale.

02

Billing and changes

Discord keeps subscription control familiar.

Know where payment happens and what upgrading, downgrading or cancelling changes.

Where is Premium paid?

Core, Growth and Scale use Discord's official Premium App subscription flow. The checkout identifies the selected subscription before confirmation, and subscription management remains inside Discord.

Can we cancel whenever we want?

Yes. Discord allows Premium App subscriptions to be canceled at any time. After cancellation, access normally remains active until the end of the current billing period and the subscription does not renew.

Can we upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes. Discord supports Premium App plan changes. Discord's current guidance states that upgrades charge a prorated difference, while downgrades take effect at the next renewal. The checkout and subscription screen remain the final source for the amount and effective date.

Is there a refund route?

Discord's current Premium App policy allows a refund request within five days of the initial subscription purchase. Requests are reviewed by Discord case by case and are not automatic. Read the complete Guarantee and refund guidance before subscribing.

Do prices include regional or mobile-store differences?

The price shown by Discord at checkout is authoritative. Currency conversion, taxes and mobile-store rules can vary by region or purchase platform. Always review Discord's final checkout total before confirming.

03

Operation and access

Your existing server remains the foundation.

See what remains configured and how plan limits affect an already operating Discord server.

Will upgrading reset our Discord configuration?

No. Plan changes are designed to preserve configured channels, roles, panels, registered identities and eligible history. An upgrade expands access or limits rather than asking staff to rebuild the server.

What happens if we downgrade?

The active profile adopts the lower plan's access, limits, refresh policy and retention rules when Discord applies the downgrade. Existing configuration remains recognizable, but features or capacity above the new plan can become unavailable until the server upgrades again.

Do we need technical knowledge?

No. Administrators use guided setup commands to connect channels and roles, then members use persistent buttons, selectors and forms. The documentation explains prerequisites, permissions and everyday use page by page.

Does Premium make every update instant?

No responsible bot can ignore Discord rate limits or external website safety. Higher plans receive the faster supported policy shown in the comparison table, while Luminox still reuses cached data and separates lightweight panel refreshes from heavier external checks.

Can we ask which plan fits before paying?

Yes. Tell us the guild size, edition, systems you want first and current operating pressure. We can recommend the smallest suitable plan without asking the guild to overbuy.

Still deciding?

Compare first. Pay only when the value is clear.
