This website and the Luminox Discord bot are presented under the public identity Lumina Guild (“Lumina”, “Luminox”, “we”, “us” or “our”). The service is operated from Spain and is intended for Discord communities and, where Community Edition is enabled, Tibia guilds.

Independent community project

Lumina and Luminox are independent community projects. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Discord Inc., CipSoft GmbH or Tibia. Discord, Tibia and related names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Website content and external links

We aim to keep public information accurate and current, but guild membership, bot capabilities, plan limits and third-party services can change. Links to Discord, Tibia, GitHub or other services lead to independent platforms governed by their own terms and privacy rules.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, original text, Luminox documentation, custom illustrations and Lumina branding are protected content belonging to their respective creator or rights holder. You may read and link to public pages, but you may not reproduce substantial parts, impersonate Lumina or present Luminox as your own product without written permission.

1. Acceptance and scope

By visiting GuildLumina.com, installing Luminox, configuring it in a Discord server or using its panels, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a Discord server or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms and configure the requested permissions for that server.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must satisfy Discord's minimum age and local legal requirements. If you are below the age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must review any paid-service decision where required. You are responsible for protecting your Discord account and for activity performed through it.

3. What Luminox provides

Luminox is a Discord-native guild and community management bot. Administrators use setup commands to connect roles, channels and enabled functions; members then use persistent panels, buttons, selectors, modals and private Discord threads. Available functions depend on edition, plan, server configuration and third-party platform availability.

4. Server administrator responsibilities

• Grant only the Discord permissions required by enabled functions and keep the bot role in an appropriate position.
• Configure moderator and specialist roles accurately and review access after role changes.
• Tell members which rules, retention periods and moderation procedures apply in the server.
• Keep server data, descriptions and instructions accurate and avoid using Luminox for unlawful surveillance or harassment.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse Luminox or GuildLumina.com. Prohibited conduct includes attempting unauthorized access, bypassing plan or permission controls, exploiting rate limits, distributing malware, submitting illegal or infringing content, harassing users, impersonating staff, manipulating rewards or records, or using automated traffic that harms the service or third parties.

6. Moderation, suspension and termination

Server administrators control their Discord communities subject to Discord's rules. Lumina may restrict or terminate access to Luminox where necessary to protect security, comply with law, respond to abuse, enforce these Terms or protect other users. Where practical, the affected server will receive an explanation and a reasonable route to contact us.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Luminox reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Discord outages, API limits, Tibia website availability, hosting incidents and maintenance can delay panels or external checks. We may change, replace or retire functions when required for security, platform compatibility, legal compliance or product development.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Luminox supports guild decisions but does not replace human review. Administrators remain responsible for sanctions, financial records, recruitment decisions and permissions in their own server. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumina is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by third-party platforms, user-provided data, unauthorized server configuration or use contrary to these Terms. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without removing mandatory consumer protections available in the user's country of residence. Please contact us first so we can attempt a practical resolution. Consumers in the European Union retain all non-waivable statutory rights and access to competent authorities and courts.

10. Changes to these Terms

Material changes will be dated on this page and communicated through an appropriate public or Discord channel where practical. Continued use after an effective change means acceptance of the revised Terms, except where law requires separate consent.

This Privacy Policy explains how Lumina processes personal data through GuildLumina.com and Luminox. For these activities, Lumina Guild acts as the service controller unless a server administrator independently determines purposes and means for data inside that server.

3. Legal bases

Depending on the activity, processing relies on performance of the requested service or contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing a transparent community service, consent for optional public content or other optional activities, and compliance with legal obligations. Consent can be withdrawn for future processing without affecting prior lawful processing.

4. Where information is stored and shared

Data is shared only where needed with service providers and platforms involved in operation. Discord stores interactions, threads and attachments under its own policies. GitHub Pages hosts this static website and may log visitor IP addresses for security. Tibia public pages provide public character and guild information. Infrastructure providers may process limited technical information to host, secure or back up Luminox.

5. International transfers

Discord, GitHub and other providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Their own privacy statements describe the safeguards used for international transfers. We select established providers and limit the information shared to what the service requires.

6. Retention

We keep data only while it remains necessary for the relevant function, security, accountability or legal obligation. Configuration and linked identities remain while the server or account uses the service. Temporary interactions and detailed history follow feature- and plan-specific cleanup rules. Support and event conversations can remain archived in Discord. Approved public content remains until hidden, replaced or removed. Security records may be retained for a limited period needed to investigate incidents.

7. Automated processing

Luminox uses rules to calculate eligibility, refresh panels, expire temporary states, detect configured identity changes and allocate transparent rewards. These rules do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without an available human review route. Sensitive guild actions remain subject to server staff authority.

8. Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time for future optional processing. Use the official Contact page and identify the Discord account, server and request. We may need to verify identity before disclosing or changing data.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or the competent supervisory authority in your country.

9. Children and minors

Luminox is not directed at children below Discord's permitted age. Server administrators must operate age-appropriate communities and must not knowingly use Luminox to collect unnecessary information from minors.

Current website position

GuildLumina.com is a static website. At the effective date shown above, it does not intentionally set analytics cookies, advertising cookies, behavioral profiles or first-party tracking identifiers. The website also does not require an account or store a user profile in browser local storage to display its public pages.

Strictly technical platform activity

GitHub Pages hosts the website and may log technical information such as visitor IP addresses for security, integrity and abuse prevention. Browser caching and network storage can also be used automatically to load fonts, images, styles and other public files efficiently; this is not used by Lumina to build a marketing profile.

External links and embedded services

When you follow a link to Discord, Tibia, GitHub or another website, that provider may set its own cookies or process information under its own policy. GuildLumina.com does not control those external services.

If this changes

If non-essential analytics, embedded media or advertising technology is introduced, this notice will be updated before deployment and an appropriate consent mechanism will be added where required. Refusing non-essential cookies will not block access to public legal information.

1. Your responsibility before submission

You must own the content you submit or have permission to share it. Do not submit private conversations, personal data, copyrighted media you cannot license, unlawful material, malicious files or content that exposes another person without a lawful basis or appropriate consent.

2. Ownership and publication licence

You retain ownership of your original content. By submitting content for publication and confirming the request, you grant Lumina a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to review, reproduce, resize, format, describe, display and distribute that content on GuildLumina.com and related Lumina announcement channels. This licence lasts while the content remains published and for reasonable backup or legal-record periods.

3. Review and editorial control

Submission does not guarantee publication. Authorized staff may correct formatting, request changes, reject, hide or remove content to protect privacy, quality, safety, legal compliance and the guild's editorial standards. Material edits should preserve the contributor's meaning; staff may return an article to its author for revision.

4. Credits and public visibility

Published material may show the agreed display name, character name, category, date and credit. Public pages can be indexed, copied, cached or shared by search engines and third parties. Contributors should submit only material they are comfortable making public.

5. Removal and complaints

The contributor or a rights holder may request review or removal through the Contact page. Provide the page, content identifier, reason and evidence of ownership or affected rights. We may preserve limited records where required to address disputes, abuse or legal obligations.

1. Free and Premium access

Luminox can offer Free access and paid Premium tiers. The selected edition determines the type of functions available; the selected plan determines eligible features, limits, update policy and retention. The current Pricing page and Discord checkout show the offer presented before purchase.

2. Discord-managed checkout

Premium App subscriptions are purchased and managed through Discord's official payment flow. Discord or its payment processor controls payment authorization, stored payment methods, regional currency, applicable taxes and transaction receipts. The final amount shown by Discord at confirmation is authoritative.

3. Renewals and cancellation

Unless the checkout states otherwise, subscriptions renew according to the billing period displayed by Discord. You can cancel through Discord's subscription controls. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal while access continues until the current paid period ends, subject to Discord's current terms.

4. Plan changes

Upgrades, downgrades and their effective dates are handled through Discord. Discord may apply prorated charges for an upgrade or schedule a downgrade for the next billing period. Review the confirmation screen before accepting a plan change.

5. Refund requests

Discord's current refund guidance states that a Premium App Subscription refund request may be submitted within five days of the initial purchase and is reviewed case by case. A request is not an automatic guarantee. Mandatory consumer withdrawal, conformity and refund rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.

6. Access restrictions

A refund, charge reversal, expired subscription, downgrade or serious breach of these Terms can remove Premium entitlement. Server configuration should remain recognizable where practical, but features or capacity above the active plan may stop operating until eligible access returns.
