Bot · Staff structure
Give each staff member only the tools they need.
Luminox supports several moderator roles and extra specialist roles for sensitive tasks such as Support, GuildBank or Recruitment. One general permission does not have to unlock every staff panel.
In plain English
Moderator is the base. Specialist is the job.
A server can configure more than one global moderator role. Sensitive modules then require a second role for the relevant responsibility, such as Treasurer, Recruiter, Guildhall staff or a category-specific Support role.
Discord administrators always retain oversight. A moderator only receives the additional control when both the global and specialist requirements are satisfied.
Structured decisions
Applications and votes use the same identity rules.
Private staff nominations
Eligible staff can nominate a registered guild member and vote without exposing who initiated or supported the candidate.
Public applications
Members submit their own main character, contribution, availability and staff experience to a public candidacy panel.
Private applications
Members who prefer privacy can continue through the configured Support ticket channel.
Administrator conclusion
Administrators archive a vote or invite the selected candidate to accept or decline privately.
