Record who recruited each new guild member.
A recruiter can report a new character before that player joins Discord. Luminox waits for verified registration, lets authorized staff resolve competing claims and awards Loyalty only when the recruitment is valid.
In plain English
Record the introduction before Discord registration exists.
A guild member can report that they recruited a new character within the allowed reporting window. The entry can remain Awaiting registration for as long as necessary.
When that character later registers to a genuine new Discord account, Luminox can move the report to staff review. Recruiters can claim ownership, other members can dispute it and authorized staff issue the final verdict.
Protected rewards
Approval is not the end of the safety checks.
Record the exact character and whether the path was invitation or application.
Wait for a registered new Discord account and confirmed guild membership.
Recruitment staff approve, reject or resolve a competing claim.
The reward becomes progressively protected across twelve months of retention.
Potential recruits
Help recruiters search without contacting the same character forever.
Filtered candidates
Online guildless characters can be grouped by vocation and constrained by level range.
Excluded risks
Blacklist and Ban List characters never appear as potential recruits.
Contacted history
Confirmed contact attempts move out of the active list and remember the responsible recruiter.
Controlled restore
Administrators can restore candidates by vocation, level or recruiter when appropriate.
