One event becomes one clear source of truth.
The organizer clicks Create, answers the guided questions and publishes an event card. Members join from the card instead of building an unreliable list in chat.
Universal Edition lets each Discord server design reusable event templates for any game: custom slot names, Main capacity, Waitlist capacity and the minimum required in every slot. Community and Founder keep their purpose-built Tibia Hunt, Boss, Quest and general Event rules unchanged.
From idea to archive
Planning, participation and the final archive stay connected.
Create
Choose a Universal template or a purpose-built Community board, then add the description and schedule.
Fill
Members choose an eligible slot while Leadership can reserve places for people already in the plan.
Run
Time changes, final schedules and cancellations notify participants inside the thread.
Archive
The temporary card closes while Discord preserves the final thread history.
Visible from the channel list
See active work before opening the board.
Each configured activity channel can display its current active count in the channel name. The linked planning thread appears directly beneath it, making the activity recognizable without searching through messages or mixing coordination into the launcher channel.
Participants use that thread for questions, schedule discussion and updates. Luminox sends important changes there, then posts the final summary and archives the thread when the event ends.

Planned together
Invite a teammate before someone else takes the place.
Universal organizers invite a Discord member directly into one of the custom template slots. Character-based Community and Founder boards instead select one of that account's eligible registered Tibia characters.
The invited participant appears with an Invited status, follows the same Main or Waitlist order as a normal signup, receives thread access and can leave without staff intervention.
- Universal validates the selected custom slot and its saved capacity.
- Community and Founder preserve guild, vocation and shared-experience checks.
- Invited participants count in schedule voting and automatic team checks.
- A kicked account cannot be silently added back to the same event.

Scheduling choices
Set a date now or let the team decide.
Fixed schedule
The organizer chooses a date, time and duration during creation.
Availability voting
Participants propose exact dates, recurring times or ranges and vote for compatible options.
Automatic success
Completion uses the configured minimum or required team composition instead of a manual success button.
Clear expiration
Closed cards show why and when the event ended before Discord archives the thread.
