Respect first. Clear communication always.

Lumina's standards protect fair play, trusted identities and a community where disagreements can be resolved without public drama. This page explains the principles; the complete and current rules in Discord remain the official version.

The full rulebook lives in Discord.

This website gives you the context behind our standards. Discord contains the complete wording, the latest updates and the version members are expected to follow. Read it before applying, joining an activity or reporting a sensitive situation.

Shared standards

Six principles behind every Lumina decision.

These are not decorative promises. They shape membership, events, claims, moderation and how staff evaluates difficult situations.

01

Respect claims

Follow the Secura booking system, active guild claims and fair play expectations. A misunderstanding never justifies harassment, persistent kill stealing or retaliation.

02

Use your real identity

Register characters honestly and keep your main accurate. Do not use alternate Discord accounts, borrowed characters or deleted registrations to bypass restrictions.

03

Reject abuse

Scams, threats, toxicity, discrimination, power abuse and deliberate harm to another member or the guild can lead to immediate staff action.

04

Communicate clearly

Read important announcements, use the correct Discord panels and explain changes early. Clear information prevents avoidable conflict and missed commitments.

05

Support the team

Respect event commitments, leadership decisions and the time of other members. Reliability matters more than appearing active only when rewards are available.

06

Escalate responsibly

Bring evidence and sensitive concerns to staff through private Support. Public accusations make resolution harder and can expose people unnecessarily.

Rules in practice

What good judgment looks like in real situations.

The rulebook sets the standard. These examples show the behavior Lumina expects before a small issue becomes a larger one.

Claims and shared spaces

Check first. Ask clearly. Do not escalate.

Confirm the active claim or booking, contact the people involved respectfully and preserve evidence if the situation cannot be resolved directly.

Conflict and conduct

Move sensitive disputes out of public chat.

Stop the argument, avoid public accusations and open a private Support ticket where the responsible staff can review the full context.

Characters and access

Keep the account behind every character clear.

Update your main and registrations when ownership or guild status changes. Never lend an identity to avoid a restriction or obtain another member's benefits.

Events and commitments

Communicate before your absence affects the team.

If your availability changes, notify the organizer early. Leaving others without information damages trust even when the absence itself is understandable.

When something goes wrong

Resolve the issue without turning it into a spectacle.

Staff can only make a fair decision when the report is clear, private and supported by useful evidence. Use this route whenever a situation involves another member, a claim, a sanction or personal information.

  1. 1
    Pause the conflict

Do not continue arguing, retaliating or inviting others into the dispute.

  2. 2
    Preserve context

Keep relevant screenshots, names, times and the sequence of events.

  3. 3
    Open private Support

Choose the closest category and explain what happened without exaggeration.

  4. 4
    Follow the review

Answer staff questions and respect the final route communicated to you.

Before applying

Know the standard you are choosing to join.

Membership is more than access to Discord channels. It means representing Lumina on Secura, keeping your identity verifiable and accepting that trust is protected consistently.

  • I have read the complete rules in Discord.
  • I understand how claims and the Secura booking system affect me.
  • I will keep my registered characters and main identity accurate.
  • I know where to ask privately when a situation is unclear.
  • I accept that staff may act when conduct harms the community.

Ready for the next step?

Read the official rules, then follow the joining path.

The rulebook is the final reference. Once its expectations are clear, the joining guide explains application, character verification and access.
